I'm not 1 but 2 Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000, but without the original Bluetooth receiver that comes with the mouse ... would be a normal execution of the store bought USB Bluetooth dongle is working working with the mouse?

Probably not. Logitech wireless mouse I have 2 different models, because I lost the first recipient. The old man works in the new recipient.
Bluetooth is a standard for wireless communication devices. Wireless mouse by various manufacturers typically use a proprietary standard. An analogy would be the Bluetooth radio is AM and FM is the mouse, so that a Bluetooth dongle will not communicate with the mouse.
